Self Exclusion

Scope and purpose

PHSpin offers two risk management tools for players: Time-Out for short pauses and Self-Exclusion for longer periods. This policy applies to all PHSpin customers and governs how Time-Out and Self-Exclusion interact with account access, deposits, withdrawals and promotional communications.

Time-Out: short-term break

A Time-Out is a temporary lock on your PHSpin account designed for a brief respite from gambling. While active, you may not deposit, withdraw, place bets or access any PHSpin products. Time-Out periods are selected in your Account Profile under the Time-Out section and may be adjusted only during the active session or after expiry. Once a Time-Out is initiated, it can only be revoked after 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, your account is automatically reactivated and normal service resumes unless a new Time-Out is set.

Self-Exclusion: extended pause

Self-Exclusion is a longer-term intervention that closes access to PHSpin for a pre-selected period. To start, log in and navigate to the Self-Exclusion page. Jurisdictional rules apply as follows: outside the United Kingdom, you may select the self-exclusion period from the available options; in the United Kingdom, a minimum self-exclusion period of six months applies. You will not be able to open a new PHSpin account during the Exclusion period and you may forfeit any unredeemed or upcoming non-cash rewards tied to activity prior to exclusion.

Activation flow for Self-Exclusion involves an initial 24-hour cooling-off stage after you submit the request by electronic notice (for example via email). During this cooling-off, the account is disabled and no gambling activity may occur. After the cooling-off period, a Customer Support Agent will advise of the available exclusion periods. The listed durations are pre-selected and may not be varied. To proceed, you must provide a follow-up response by email within 24 hours. If no response is received within the additional 24-hour window, the exclusion will be considered withdrawn and the account will be reopened and confirmed by email. During the Self-Exclusion period, deposits and withdrawals are prohibited and the account remains closed until the period ends and automatic reactivation occurs.

PHSpin may close a customer account if continued gambling is believed to pose financial or personal difficulties. Opening a new PHSpin account while excluded is prohibited and may carry additional consequences under PHSpin terms. We will not promote gambling to you during Self-Exclusion and will take reasonable steps to observe the exclusion in relation to promotional materials.

Financial protection and limits

You may set financial and activity limits from the My Account area at any time. If you exceed any self-imposed limit, restricted actions related to that limit may apply. Requests to revoke limits or exclusions must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice; PHSpin will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny them.

In all cases, PHSpin will endeavour to ensure that Self-Exclusion is observed and that promotional materials are not sent to excluded customers.
